When you place an order for a sprocket or a kit, just select the "Lifetime" Guarantee option before placing your product in your cart and you will be covered with the knowledge that your sprocket is guaranteed for life.**

This guarantee only covers kit sales, where an RK sealed link chain is purchased with the sprocket, or for individual sprockets purchased through our e-shop with the guarantee option and used in conjunction with RK or DID "sealed link" chains. Sprockets used with other brands of chain are not covered.

Should your sprocket become worn out during use, the worn sprocket must be returned to our claims department with the original receipt. Please keep your receipt in a safe place. You can find our address in the contact us section of the web site www.supersproxusa.com. We will replace your worn out sprocket with a new one free of charge. A replacement sprocket will be shipped to you within 14 days of the receipt of your worn out sprocket. We will only replace like for like and the replacement sprocket must be for the same bike, with the same tooth number as the one sold under the guarantee. You will be charged postage and packaging for the replacement at a flat rate of $14.95.
