Shipping varies by weight and location.
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, most items leaving
the same day of order or next day. No shipping Saturday or Sunday and
orders placed after 11.00am on a Friday, may not leave until Monday.
No shipping during national holidays. You will be notified if your order
will be delayed from shipping for any other reason. We ship via
ground UPS to USA unless otherwise specified during the order process.
We ship by USPS to Australia, Canada, Japan and some other destinations.
Retail orders over $100 and Dealer orders over $150 are shipped FREE within USA using ground service.
Flat rate Shipping to Canada at $30 and to Australia at $50 is available.

Shopatron checkout is offered for all retail orders containing exclusively
items from our Shopatron range. Customers can choose Standard checkout as well.
After sucessfull Shopatron checkout, the order (of course, without disclosing
your details in this stage) will become available to the network of Shopatron
Fulfillers. Those closer to you and those responding quickly are more likely
to have the pleasure to ship the goods to you. If non responded, we will have
the pleasure to fulfill your order from our warehouse.
You will receive Tracking number when your order is shipped.

In case of any issues with Shopatron checkout, we ask you kindly to call

Unused items in saleable condition purchased from our web store may
be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit to the card on which
they were originally purchased. Returned goods will only be accepted with
prior authorization. An authorization must be obtained within 7 days of
receiving the goods. No returns accepted after 30 days.
All returns from incorrect ordering will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Parts being returned from incorrect shipments on Supersprox behalf will have
the freight credited.
In the case that Supersprox ships the wrong part to a client, we will take
the following action to resolve the situation:
- After agreement with Supersprox that wrong parts have been dispatched
through Supersprox error, a replacement part may be shipped immediatelly,
this replacement part will be charged in full including shipping.
- When the wrong part is received back in our warehouse,
and we verify that it is still in unused and saleable condition,
we will issue a full refund for the incorrect part and shipping of the
correct part. We will also refund a reasonable ground shipping costs
incurred by sending the incorrect part back.
No returns will be made on products that have been used, unless
they are deemed for warranty. Please send us your request for return using our

All sprockets are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.
Because we cannot control the application of our sprockets, buyer assumes
risks for any and all damage caused to themselves and others due to any
failures. No warranty, expressed or implied is made. Sprockets are designed
and manufactured to be used specifically on the models listed in our catalog.
Clearances must be checked before ordering different sized sprockets than
originally came on the machine. Chains are guaranteed in accordance with
the manufacturer's own terms of warranty. All products leave our warehouses
in good condition, therefore if you receive an item that is not in good
condition it should be immediately reported to the carrier.
